At World Vape Ae, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with a product purchased from our website, you may return it for inspection and possible exchange or refund under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Conditions

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened products purchased online or in-store may be exchanged within 5 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds for purchases made by credit or debit card will be processed only to the same card used for the original transaction, and as cash refunds in-store.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

A proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.

Warranty claims must be made within 5 days of purchase.

Products showing damage due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear (including liquid or physical damage) are not eligible for warranty.

Disposable devices, e-liquids, and accessories are not covered under the warranty.

World Vape Ae reserves the right to inspect and determine the validity of any warranty claim, and may accept or deny claims at its sole discretion
